Now Microsoft is fighting ODF in California.

Notice that this legislation that could really solve budget problems in California.

Of course MS could just support ODF.

Congress and TV

Well congress is going to buy everyone a DTV tuner.

Why? So everyone can upgrade to Digital TV. and the bandwidth can be sold to other places.

What a joke. I know a billion is just a small amount in the fed govt. Why is this the duty of the government's job to do this?
